Doom 3 will own. I'm making sure I've got a nice fast CPU, plenty RAM, NV30 card and 5.1 speaker setup for when that baby arrives. Yeah I know, its ridiculous that one is going to need so much grunt just for a game, but I really believe this game will set a new standard. Plus I need to upgrade.....

Ut2003 i WAS excited about, until i played a late beta, which i didnt enjoy the gameplay in, and i seriously doubt it will improve enough to get me excited over

doom 3 - compelte not excitment

The only thing i can think of that would actually excite me is quake 4 :P (and even then my pesamistic brain is telling me they will make it non quake like, just the way theyve made doom 3 not doom like)
