Most fan subs are unlicensed and illegal. But most people here don't give a rat's ass and will fulfill your anime addiction :)

would a link to a http site only consisting of links (of partly doubtful legality) be allowed here or should the pm system be utilized?

i think the pm system should be used for all request solutions...

unless its like for a legit wallpaper site or something like that
