Actually still today i'm kinda impressed with the game engine and the way the dead bodies reacted to the surroundings.. Great game and hopefully the second one will be only better...

yeah, i played it today for a while and i love it.

it's still a little buggy, but the new control scheme is much better now and it looks incredible

The same good fun as the original. Sure there are a few things they need to work on, but overall im happy. I love games where you actually have to think...and not just running around guns blazing.

Yeah, I love the H2 demo. I downloaded it the other day and I've been playing it practically non-stop trying to get the Silent Assassin rank.

Haven't managed it yet.

There are loads of bugs in it though - but then, it is an old build so thats to be expected. It just looks so much better than the original its unreal.

I think they should have kept the old inventory system though, the new one is a bit on the fiddly side.

i didnt like the first one because it didnt let you save during missions - is this the same with part 2?

Hitman 2 will let you save during missions, but only a limited number of times (related to the difficulty level if I remember rightly)

I won't bother saving though. It heightens the tension to get the hit perfect first time :)

FYI, this is still an unofficial demo. Eidos said they don't know how it could leak :P. Even so, I'm anxiously waiting for it, and this demo proves it's gonna be a great game. Imho, the biggest downfall of Hitman 1 were the sub average graphics but this time they're really good. The animations are far better too and if they manage to write an interestinng plot it'll be a real killer ;)

Yeah, the plot in the first game sucked big-time. It didn't need to be like that.

What I would REALLY like to see is a game conversion (with some artistic licence so that it doesn't follow the movie TOO closely) of Grosse Pointe Blank :)
